From its action on the sympathetic, Alfalfa favorably influences nutrition, toning appetite and digestion with improved vigor and weight gain. Useful in malnutrition, neurasthenia, nervousness, insomnia and indigestion. Fat producer and tissue builder. Deficient lactation. Improves milk quantity and quality. Urinary action useful in diabetes insipidus, phosphaturia and vesical irritability. Rheumatic tendency benefited.

Mind.--Mental exhilaration and well-being. Clear and bright. Dull, drowsy and irritable, worse evening.

Head.--Dull heavy occipital feeling and above eyes, worse evening. Left-sided pain. Violent headache.
